We used Mike and Lene when we sold my step-father's home in Wilmette. The timing was not great for the market but we needed to sell when we did. Lene staged the house beautifully - it hadn't been updated for quite a few years - and Mike worked with us to price it just right. We priced it to sell but for an amount we (and my step-father) would be happy with. Ultimately it sold in about a week for above the asking price because there were three families interested in the home. I have no doubt that had we worked with another realtor we would not have sold it for any more money though the house might have been on the market for months.

We worked with Michael throughout the entire process of buying our first condo in Evanston and could not be happier with our choice.
